    Why would PDL agree to a revised scheme of arrangement before the Court made it decision on damages?
    PDL implied value now that PPT takeover premium has sunk is now only $5.36 at a PPT share price of $26.
    Seems crazy - they should have stayed at the original offer? Am i missing something here?
