    Force the deal to close, cut overheads & sell the Trustee business to PE.

    Everyone should be happy and Regal, who I doubt really wanted the fund management business, can watch from the sidelines.

    OR everyone lawyers up and eventually the courts will force performance and/or substantive damages.
