Yes it has, but look closely at the trend it rises and falls...recent history...
Nov 2012 .08 - Feb 2013 1.25 - 50% gain
May 2013 .07 - July 2013 1.10 - 50% gain
Aug 2013 .06 - TBA
History suggests at .06 this is a good buy short term and probably long term too in view of likely future demand for Uranium. I would suggest we will see it back around .09 in a few months based on above and the fact it is currently at such a historical low.
