    On what date will PDN's Acceptance be based on ?
    PDN says that their offer is due to close on 27/4.
    Is that the date the 1.67 will be calculated on ?

    eg If I hold 10k SMM shares today, what happens if I purchase more on 27/4 ?

    At some point PDN needs to take an inventory on the number of shares each shareholder's SMM holds.
