    Its a share swap based on the ratio 1.67 smm to one pdn - buy all you like , the ratio stays the same - unless a new offer appears its all over and I will "see" you all on other threads - I will hold for a few days just in case a premium appears. ps. stolwyk,retnn, gimpoo - what do you think of pdn as an investment ???
