low opex and capex
a very healthy market cap to pounds in the ground as an entry point
a meaningful net cashflow generation over project life time vs market cap
The above factors combined have the potential to deliver 10x return at $65 and 20x at $100 Uranium spot.
Then the issue is why AEE? Assuming a positive DFS...
