A farmer doesn't give his best milk to his customers, he drinks it himself.

These directors aren't silly.. they found a dog that no one loved, bought in very cheaply and started lining it with assets.

Your whole "If it was so good why didn't PDN keep it" idea falls falt when you realise that it's the REAL world and directors are more interested in making themselves wealthly vs their shareholders
