With all that has happened in the past year I have no doubt at all that the share price has been manipulated up. Bondholders need to keep their investment value, management and administrators need to look like they've saved the day, and they'll need a high market cap value for when they dig themselves deeper in the sh*t and put their hand out for more money.
UX is still around $21...they must be sweating. About the only thing they can control/manipulate is the share price..
