There will be no takeover and no cap rasing - that is very dodgy.
The company has been beaten into the ground to try and force these scenarios - NO
4 months this nonsense has been going on.
Maybe I should take over from AM as I wouldn't put up with this blatant manipulation to try and corner the company. Not on.
He needs to be the leader he is employed to be. As I said yesterday - any dodgy takeover or cap raising and the guy should never have another job again. He will prove that he can't be trusted - just in case some people still have some doubts.
He needs to find another solution that does involve talking to bondholders and acting in the best interests of shareholders. A sale at 30 cents per share is not in the best interests of shareholders. It was that price back in July of this year!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is not in the interest of shareholders. NO. NO NO NO.
