Good point Snifferking.
I doubt PDN will get a deal done for the bonds while also needing a CR to pay for next year's business losses. The future of the mine is independant of what the bond holders prefer. From a SH perspective it is better for a company administrator to strong arm the bond holders then do a CR. I doubt this can be done while the mine continues operating which will reduce the possibility of pulling it off.
Most likely the administrator will shut the mine then sell individual assets.
Remember that PDN originally bought LH mine for $10,000 around year 2000. Deja vu?
