Look at the sell off of other U stocks. PDN should be 30 cents now. But it is holding exceptionally well. There must be a reason.....
I think the U sell off is very suspicious. It drops too much too quick. Someone said the US SEC is investigating the big banks such as Goldman Sach. They are getting out of commodity trading and have to sell their U stockpiles at a loss. It makes sense for them to short the U stocks as a hedge.
Look at the sell off of other U stocks. PDN should be 30 cents...
