DYL said yesterday that they didnt know anything about the turnover yesterday was a bit dishonest. With the PDN connection, they would have a head up from JB.
Was yesterdays move a defensive move or aggressive one? All parties on DYL boat will expect top offer from whoever is the predator.
However, sometimes when a major shareholder appears on a company may ruin everything. Look at JBM/ FCN, GGY/KZL
