Not surprosinglly PDN was the buyer. But who sold that holdings?
PDN may have been forced to buy the stake now. If the other poster mentioned yesterday, RBC is acting for clients acquiring DYL stocks. All the bots trading maybe from them. PDN moves to proctect her majority positon.
SO, take over bids may be coming sooner than later. If PDN take over after the JORC, hopefully, we may get more PDN shares because they under $4 now. How about 4 for 1 offer, Wouldnt we be happy then?
