I think basically Borshoff is trying to reassure the market that Paladin is in an extremely sound financial position. They will have other M and A activities planned (mergers and acquisitions) and are fully funded for their plans.
The other thing I found interesting was the conviction he seems to have that the Mt Isa deposits will be worked in the next 3 or 4 years - the Qld Govt needing to do a backflip. He must know something we don't.....
