Accept the offer if you like paying tax LOL The silly people likely to accept the offer leverage themselves to RISK in Africa (currently unpriced into the SP), leverage themselves OUT of an almost pureplay fertilizer stock (the intended rock phosphate spin off of Summits) and leverage themselves OUT of the 'Welcome to Australia's uranium' frenzy period folowing the Labor party conference in April. Why else bid before the conference??? LOL Bunch of imbiciles. Some people don't think! And even if you thought the offer was good, accepting it ensures you won't be there for another takeover offer.
