Factual, well thought out, and balanced.
I too am a significant shareholder in both SMM and PDN, and as both predator and prey, I also feel that SMM is worth MUCH more than the initial PDN offer. I'm not selling any of my SMM shares until I see fair value - ooooh, let's say $7.50 - $10 a share.... ;)
Oh yes - scrip OR cash would be better too, as I'm already somewhat overweight in PDN and don't really need any more. I bought a sh*tload starting at 7 cents and averaging up to about 50 cents, so more PDN would be surplus to requirements at present.
