If you choose to believe the SMM board ... good luck to you in that decision. For myself I think this is a very fair offer and I intend to accept it. Just remember SMM was ~$3 before this offer and will likely slide back if it is not successful. As for SMM making a bid for PDN at some future stage? please .... that is so unlikely based on SMM current assets.
