could PDN be running the ruler through TOE? they have tenements in namibia not too far from TOE's, not to mention wiluna's strong economics and big potential in more greenfield licenses...a straight equity swap would not be difficult for PDN...read below from Africa Down Under conference in perth today from PDN's MD:
The company continued to assess merger and acquisition (M&A)opportunities, Mr Borshoff told the conference.
"We have Australian projects backing up behind these (African projects) and will continue to look for other projects to acquire," he said.
Up to 2011, we'll be expanding production at our two
operations, we'll be exploring in Niger, looking at M&A
opportunities, and we are preparing the Australian rojects for final investment decisions in 2012, assuming that Queensland politics allow.
