Many large funds won't touch greenfield or early-stage brownfield investments. PDN will be the go-to for major funds managers mainly due to its low risk and ability to grow other projects. In 6-12 months, PDN could be considered a blue-chip with other world-class projects to look at for growth.
There is some insto money going hard today.
You can do a lot with positive cash flow and a strong balance sheet in a uranium bull cycle.
