In the Australian this morning it says the offer values the in ground smm resource at $US27 per lb v the $US32 per lb currently being paid in Canada and is thus pretty reasonable. This deals only with the joint venture jorc and not with the vast smm resource held separately - Eggers will do his best to show the extent of this before offer date and hopefully it will attract a more reasonable offer. An offer based on $US27 per lb and taking in smm's full indicated resource of 75mlb should be about $13 - lets just hang in there - we won't lose by waiting
