If all reports are right, I expect Japan to give the green light to nuclear this weekend. I hope that gives nuclear the kick start it needs. As much as you can see nuclear taking off all over the world at the moment, I think the Japanese plants count higher than the rest, in terms of, Japan would be anti nuclear forever. However, now they have shown the rest of the world that they would be in a crisis without it.
Common sense was always going to kick in.
