Always good to see brokers have price higher than today and lots of people will take notice of those brokers.
However there are factors that can happen beyond their ability to see so 1.25 is probably conservative.
I have not changed my view on PDN and 1 dollar did not hold again so waiting to see it pass 1 dollar and stay above for a few days before topping up.
I am paying more attention to world market and how they go in days or weeks to come.
