Eventually, PDN will find baseline support in line with underlying assets/value.
From a valuation perspective, obviously the price of uranium is the number 1 factor and could send PDN stratospherically high. But, putting that aside for the moment, at the current uranium price, where do you think fair value lies?
Net tangible assets per share stands at 6 cents (AUD). Thus, in my view, this is the absolute baseline for PDN. It would be highly unlikely for PDN to fall below this threshold.
