The monkey is off my back and also PDN's fluffy.
They don't need to raise any cash. Who would be so silly to even say that? Obviously someone that does not know much about PDN.
They are thinking hard before giving away 25% of the crown jewel, as they are concerned that if they get only $250m and the uranium price does go up sharply, which is a high possibility this year, they will have given it away at the bottom of the cycyle.
I expect a very solid rise today, maybe above 10%!
