Personally , I couldn't care less about sentiment on U price because sentiment does not drive value , it only impacts price ST . Pdn have been bullish on medium term U price outlook , hasn't helped sp or bottom line .
Furthermore this is one cumulative reason to make long funds more comfortable with PDN . If it drops , I will buy more no doubt as I think the risked value has increased
