bembo, PDN might want SMM, however because SMM might be one of the greatest U stocks around, others might want SMM too. I hope we are left along though, so SMM reaches its potenial which is IMHO, ten times the Market Cap now. You can't compare SMM to Valhalla. VUL had a majorty shareholder in Resolute Gold that treated VUL like a cash box IMHO, and never considered themselves again IMHO, anything but a Gold stock. SMM I believe has a mangement that knows its a U stock, and will not sell out unless they get a price which represents the potenial of SMM, IMHO. Also there would be other U stocks like Cogema, Cameco, Dennison, Mega and Larimide, that would or could enter the bidding. This is only my opinion, whatever its worth.
