"look our leases are fine just in case u think that the Namibian Government is doing a shonky here...we have a good working relationship with them etc...PDN has no probs..no sovereign risk here...."
its not a back hander to RTM..just clarifiying their position in case investors are getting itchy feet over Namibian investment
