As a retail shareholder, I would like to apply for additional shares under the Top Up facility.
However, p.23 of the prospectus has the following: “Retail tranche of the Entitlement Offer (“Retail Entitlement Offer”) has been fully sub-underwritten (including to HOPU). Any retail shortfall will be placed to sub-underwriters at the Entitlement Offer Price.”
Does it mean that it is futile to apply for additional shares under the Top Up facility (as all the shortfall will be taken up by sub-underwriters)?
