For a service company, typically in the range 5 to 7 times EBITDA, which is not a lot at the moment.
Worth a fair bit less on paper than what TZL paid for it originally. We were stitched up a bit, I think.
It is now a significantly smaller business having ditched the dying tooling division. Done with a positive spin at the time, of course.
