Quite agree, I am of the view buyer beware particularly in this case - but they are setting a precedent here. They are creating the expectation that announcements have been studied and are correct and safe for investors. Who knows where this puts them legally, but there will be plenty of lawyers looking at it.
Saying that I hope something comes of this, Geraldton and the Midwest seriously need this project to go.
