Reason for the delay:
"Padbury is seeking the following from the counter parties:
A. Information in respect of their ability to meet their funding obligations..."

What do you read into this.. Hopefully they checked before making the announcement to see if the parties actually had the money or it was conditional on a number of factors...

Perhaps they are just making sure they get full disclosure this time to bury all doubt??
