    they fell through with the china deal years ago,then they said the results were lost from the lab for months,then they realeased their piddly low grade jorc,then they got rid of two directors and cost us a fortune in dilution,then they merged with agu and cost another fortune in dilution,then put out 759 million options with 250 mil or so going to terry,then their share price collapsed,now they have a 6.5 billion deal,pfffft
