Yes this is now in a situation where the company is looking to beef up and detail the agreement and I think some of the level of the detail is to satisfy ASIC and the ASX .
The confidentiality agreement is well going to have to be terminated bilaterally and they may or may not get consent to that.
The really shouldn't have announced it so vaguely but I suspect the stock was running and they didn't want a speeding ticket.
