    I would actually prefer pdy sell IP to citic in exchange for preferential rail allocation or coinvest in developing their mine. That way Barnett can avoid political shitstorm of awarding deal exclusive to Chinese SOE without tender. At least minor pdy aussie involvement smoothes the political way
