    It is quite extraordinary that the CEO of PDY would be allowed to deliver an address in public on the subject of Oakajee unless he has already disclosed to the market the outcome of discussions that are being undertaken with the ASX and ASIC.

    I would have thought that both ASX and ASIC would simply refuse him clearance.

    I agree to expect an announcement/release to the ASX tomorrow morning or there should be no appearance to what might of course be a "sell out".
