What's the bet that Gary won't front - very much better than even chance. Nothing can be said without it first being disclosed in Announcement - ASIC would be all over them if they did. Gary may just elect not to sit on panel or attend conference at all (likely) - organisers simply have to use the sensitivity surrounding as the reason he cannot be on the panel - rest of the panel will stay well clear of any specifics on the Padbury funding - and any curley's from the crowd will just be deflected.
