Time he was taken to task imo ! He's played it dumb for long enough (due to consideration there 'may be' constraints in place) and there have been no full explanations as to the state of play from him. Approx 40% of the issued shares are held outside of the top 20 major holders AND he has a duty to keep everyone informed. I hope every journo in the land is there and he should have the guts to front them with concrete answers both from them and the rest of the panel because if he can't come up with the goods (or attend in person) then the likelyhood of Padbury having anything to do with infrastructure plans is pretty well shot. 2:10pm WA-time is 10 min after market closes so any ASX news would have to be released before the meeting begins.
Perfect podium to bring it all out in the open now and declare proven evidence that this funding is actually real !
