I think you are being premature here. The larger forces at hand seem to be forcing this down to 2c and below before/by 31 May to prevent people from converting. If you are lucky, you might just be able to get them at 1.9c on market. Don't assume you'll have an incentive to convert.

The only way this rort will stop is if a strong buyer starts buying up big on market, regardless of the options situation.
