If I would like to have a stake in PDY I would only crash the sp to get the oppies for just 0.1c . Then converted the shares cost 2.1c . There are enough there to reach at least a 15 % stake. Maybe that's the aim of Taifeng and using the 3.3c offer as disguise ?
Time will tell and I am not buying any more shares before we get a clearer picture about what is going on.
