Its a poorly worded statement, as further down it says

" There were 138 entries from award-winning companies worldwide, and Nexbis’ National Security Solution emerged with the “Best of Security” Award."

Are we to assume it's open to Asia Pacific countries only or only companies in the countries listed took part. OK I'm a lazy researcher but I'm sure there's other HotCopperites who know if Nexbis is a world leader or a regional star.
