The last quarterly stated that a $5.3 million debt was to be paid to the Australian Taxation Office in the last quarter.
After this payment is made I have a market capitalisation of $40 million and debt of $64 million.
From the last quarterly it seems there is circa $4million free cash being generated per quarter ($16 million per year).
Am I correct in saying that we are trading at a price earnings ratio of 6.5?
Given the award of new contracts mentioned since the release of the last quarterly I am hopeful that earnings may be higher.
Any thoughts?
