Any single trade or "x trade" is recorded by many data service firms. It can be retrieved when need.
I can check it with my paid data service firm upto 10 years ago.
I could not find anything (even close to) like " the large off mkt trade on Friday at approx 4.30pm for 1,250,000 units at $1.25" (4/12/2015)

I got the last trade of SPO for 4/12/2015 as the following
