From what I can see, comes the July preliminary hearing, there is no reason not to be able to predict which way the PE is heading. As one of the posts said, the preliminary hearing is to see whether it's worth while to go further. That being the case, July would be action stations all round. Seeing the FID is a critical milestone and is around mid year as well, that will be an additional push for WPL to be certain of their position. Interesting times!
