What is sad is that even though the ICC have a '6 months' rule, around 50% of the cases that are stamped as 'Feb-2018' (12 months further advanced than ours) are still listed as pending.
Around 25% of the cases listed as 'Feb-2017' (24 months further advanced than ours) are still listed as pending.
Hopefully Phillippe's legal lean is towards FARs case and this gets wrapped up in the next 12 months.
