Thanks for confirming what I remember FAR management had said about it. My understanding is that the essence of the clauses is to give proper and due consideration to the party that took the risk, invested the money and found the oil. I fully agree with Gadocha. If in the end the bottom line is that FAR loses (got robbed?) a proper right to PE, that would be a huge loss of value.
