Gupper,
I used to own some AMU and even made a few bucks, but IMO you are dead wrong about the price of NG in the USA in the near future.
You said:
"The next update should show the return to production of previously shut-down wells and the crazy-low gas prices endured in recent months won't last as the US winter begins to loom."
And:
"Gas prices could easily double in the next 3 - 4 months as the northern hemisphere winter looms and that would provide a very nice revenue kicker to add to the recent re-opening of the shut-in wells."
With over 580 BILLION cf of storage more than last year at this time, it is going to take an extra hot summer, an active hurricane season that wipes out all Gulf production (not again ....if so poor PSA), or a really, really cold winter or all three to get gas prices up.
Industrial demand is kaput and even with the huge drop in rig counts, I see no substantial fall in production yet....Maybe if Canada exports drop to zero and LNG imports drop to zero as well that might stabilize NG prices though....
Gupper,I used to own some AMU and even made a few bucks, but IMO...
