I'll rephrase me previous post, as I think I was incorrect.
Senetas had renegotiated its contract with SafeNet, worked dilligently to improve it's relationship with SafeNet staff, collaborated on market-driven product improvements and focused both companies' staffs on marketing Senetas products.
These changes resulted in higher royalties from increased sales of OEM CypherNet technology by SafeNet.
My understanding in higher royalties is that, sure there is increased sales but there is a higher margin in profit in the royalties.
