82m in cash and real liquid assets, no debt
compared to market cap 95m
compared to the upside:
EPS 0.05 x PE 10 = $0.50 per share
Morningstar Quantitative 0.35, not that this really matters but in this case I agree with the upside potential
I think the current 0.26 may be simply technical resistance or maybe some corporate action with PRT being a potential takeover target
fundamentals are much higher
