Swandc. If far do not successfully PE the two other JV partners will crank up the development setting FAR up to suffer financial pain.
FAR have not IMHO been at all honest about their relationship with the JV partners.
Recall that Ooo comments of AGM way back where the board and many spoke of the top top relationship with the two Other JV partners but on the other hand the chairman said we cannot be seen as financially weak.
If the pressure is put on funds then what is FAR's share worth if they can't go all the way? That's both from funding and/or TO perspective.
I recall raising this point many times.
We need a very strong PE partner and we need it now.
