Why the delay in PEing.
Probably because COP has not presented a correct proposition so FAR has not been in a position to be able to PE because of COP WPL shenanigans.
FAR knowing of COP WPL deceipt don't want to play into COP's and WPL's hands.
FAR is trying to force COP into presenting correctly so that they are" locked in" when FAR does PE. That is it's watertight, they can't slide out.
FAR is aware of COP's "confidentially agreements", aka side deals with WPL. Last thing COP wants is for FAR to PE.
Another aspect would also be because FAR wanted to "play" out CNE's hand.
FAR and backers want the 35% not 10% most likely.
No way FAR is going to reveal it's hand. Gladfully they are not that stupid.
Much has been made suggested that FAR has been delaying to arrange fiance. All conjecture, but have never bought into that. I think FAR have it lined up. I think COP WPL are doing everything to avoid giving FAR the opportunity to PE.
FAR are just to wary to fall into COP's WPL's trap.
You suggest that it is FAR delaying.
Incorrect it is COP doing the delaying. They are being dragged "kicking and screaming".
You are a WPL man and paint FAR as weak. You want the deal to go through to WPL's benefit.
I'm on the FAR side. I believe that they know what they are doing.
And that is not to be cheated out of their rights by COP WPL. Sleeze abounds!
